Advisors

As a well-informed advisor, you know that women are key financial decision makers with more earned and inherited wealth headed their way than any time in history. Yet, many female clients and potential female clients are simply disengaged in the money conversation. Women Doing Well™ helps financial advisors assess and adjust their environment, tone and approach to more effectively serve the female client. Learning how to engage, listen and respond to female clients can make a tremendous difference in client acquisition, retention and, most importantly, Kingdom impact. We work with firms that are interested in helping advance Kingdom efforts while competing with excellence in their markets.

We start with the basic belief that God hard-wired men and women differently. Designing unique experiences for each will help them to understand and communicate what is important and to make better decisions in managing, protecting, growing and giving their money. This approach helps build trusting and productive relationships with the female client, the client couple and with the advisor.

Ministries

Your ministry relies on the faithful support of donors who give of their time and their treasure in order to complete the mission. We know that Among Christian women, 91.9% of report that they singularly make the giving decisions or they make the decisions in collaboration with their spouse. Women have distinct ways they prefer to engage with ministries and when they find value alignment, not only do they become generous in giving their time and resources; they also can become great ambassadors for the ministry.

Women Doing Well™ helps ministries assess and adjust their environment, tone and approach to more effectively reach female donors. We work with organizations that are pioneers and ready to ignite a community of women donors to champion their mission.
